Some of the biggest and brightest minds in retail and advertising gathered at the TriBeCa Rooftop last week for the third-annual Ecommerce Media Forum, presented by HookLogic.
LUMA Partners Founder and CEO Terence Kawaja — originator of the famous LUMAscape slides that illustrate the complex relationships among digital players today — kicked the day off with a keynote on “The Changing Digital Landscape,” explaining the way broader digital-media trends are likely to affect retailers. HookLogic’s Tim Goodman followed that with a look at the history of Big Data, just before Razorfish CTO Ray Velez examined the interaction of data science, creativity and commerce. Roundtable and panel discussions took up shopper targeting, shopper insights and ecommerce marketing strategies for brands.
Rob Norman, Chief Digital Officer – GroupM Global helped close out the day via an engaging Fireside Chat with HookLogic CEO Jonathan Opdyke. Cocktails outside of TriBeCa Rooftop and a dinner party at the famous TriBeCa Grill put a bow on the day.
