Among the findings:
- Small Appliance sales online are hot AND valuable. Consumers will pay more per item online than offline.
- Cross-selling can be a big opportunity. Both within Small Appliances and across other categories.
- Conversion Efficiency is either high… or low. With many sub-categories, there are those that convert extremely well and others that have an opportunity to improve their selling proposition to increase conversion rate.
