In 2016, retailer data from the HookLogic Exchange shows that online Beauty buyers need less research time when making a purchase compared to 2015.  What’s driving this change?  Clearly shoppers are more comfortable purchasing these items online without touching and testing them first, and know exactly how to get which items they want.
