Bain also participated in the new funding round, along with ad industry veteran Michael Barrett, the former CEO of AdMeld and CRO of Yahoo.

HookLogic, a pioneer of digital media advertising, is experiencing growth and expanding its operations in Ann Arbor. The high-tech e-commerce firm has plans to add as many as 20 people to its local staff of 40 employees within the next year, according to Jonn Behrman, chief product officer, who manages the Ann Arbor office.
AUGUST 21, 2013: HookLogic continues to fill out its new office space in downtown Ann Arbor.
The tech firm moved into the former home of Leopold Brothers Brewery on South Main Street a little more than a year ago. The facility now houses a staff of 45 employees and half a dozen interns. HookLogic has hired 10 people in Ann Arbor over the last year and plans to hire another 10-15 over the next six months.
